Customer Service Adviser (Maternity Cover)






Our client requires maternity cover for their customer service team. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to commit to a 6-12 months contract, be Surrey based and able to deliver exceptional Customer Service to customers via telephone and email.

• Administration – taking /processing/ confirming orders from start to finish
• Confirming order dispatches and resolving queries (ensuring delivery is on time)
• Invoicing customers

Standard Shift Pattern is 8am-5pm 4 days on and 4 days off

Previous Experience / Skills -
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Admin experience including Word, Excel and ideally a database
• First class communication skills via phone and face to face
