People Operations Manager






Outstanding opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to join an expanding property business with a targeted 70% headcount increase in the next 3-5 years.

This newly created role will suit a strong generalist (CIPD L5 + or equivalent), with a minimum of 10 years experience; 2-3 years as an effective manager/team lead, ideally coming from an SME and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Case management and thorough understanding of all formal people processes: Disciplinary, Capability/performance management, Grievances, Investigations and absence management – to include note-taking; coaching managers with the preparation of script and explanation of the different steps of the formal processes; and production of outcome letters/investigatory reports
Co-ordinate and take advice from external legal providers as and when necessary and to protect the reputation liability of the company.
Work with Senior Leaders and Team leads in developing plans for any changes to organisational design and lead in the delivery of any associated changes, i
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support and execute hiring, recruiting and engagement initiatives.
Support and guide on recruitment across all property teams, utilising the most appropriate resourcing, interview and assessment methods.
Support with reward and recognition – annually bench-marking our provision to ensure we retain an inclusive and competitive market-place position to attract and retain top talent.
Support the Director of People and Culture in the review and implementation of People policies, procedures and practices.
