Amdas is committed to adhering to the government and NHS advice on Covid-19. For this reason, the team is currently working remotely. While social distancing is necessary, all interviews will be conducted remotely. We will do this by telephone or via a video/conferencing app.
We are ensuring that we are doing everything possible to facilitate safe and responsible interviewing. While these are challenging times for all, many companies are still recruiting. Therefore, amdas is still continuing to operate the usual business hours.
Advice to Clients
For clients who had job openings that have been put on hold, we would advise taking into account the notice periods and restarting your recruitment remotely for essential roles in advance of the lifting of lockdown. This allows you a wider choice of candidates. Any offers could be subject to final confirmation when the situation is clearer for all.
Advice to Candidates
For candidates who have upcoming interviews, we would advise preparing for remote telephone and video interviews. Your consultant will advise you of which platform to use prior to your interview.

Please be aware that if you secure a role with an immediate start date, in most instances, you will be required to start your new role remotely. That is unless the role is considered by the government to be a key role.
