Director of Marketing - (Vacancy Filled)
£80,000 to £100,000pa
You will be responsible for managing the subscription business, including revenue growth and retention. Implement digital marketing initiatives to grow sales lead volumes and improve key conversion metrics. Manage initiatives to boost engagement, maintain healthy retention rates and online usage metrics
This will include deploying successful marketing campaigns implementation from ideation to execution. (web, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns). Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise the user experience.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, website engagement, subscriber usage, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and ways to optimise performance based on the insights. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints and recommend areas for improvement.
Create valuable and engaging content marketing (e.g. infographics, videos) that attracts and converts our target audience, and optimises user funnels and conversion points.
Oversee the management, including P&L event, liaise with the event manager and deliver a profit.
Strong marketing experience (preferably digital and/or product marketing).
Complete understanding of equities businesses (Sales, Research & Execution).
All elements of campaign management from design to execution, including social media.
Robust project management skills that include an ability to hit deadlines, within budget.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Creative and critical thinking skills to analyse data and uncover insights
