This interesting and very niche property business seeks an experienced Assistant Revenue Finance Manager, to be a central member of the Revenue accounting team in the business, preparing high quality and timely financial information.

Duties:
• Prepare and distribute the monthly and weekly revenue collection figures
• Prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue figures both P&L and balance sheet
• Input to key management information through the weekly revenue KPI figures
• Supervision of bank reconciliation processes

Required skills:
• ACA/CIMA/ACCA part qualified accountant
• Worked in industry; financial reporting/management accounts experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Operational business experience
• Financial systems experience
