Customer Care Assistant - Private Healthcare Clinic
£23,000 to £28,000pa
Other duties will include:
Ensure all customer information is entered on the business CRM for each business. To monitor Facebook and LinkedIn posting articles etc to either as instructed, To provide details of any enquiries that come through the websites, Facebook or LinkedIn through the agreed internal route
Manage with the businesses marketing support on any problems or issues on performance on any of the platforms so that problems are resolved
To coordinate the creation of KPIs for all platforms
Candidate must have a strong database experience together with receptionist experience. The ideal candidate will have come from a small healthcare business or customer-centric.
