Our client is a large logistics/ transport company
The job: is a varied and busy role supporting a business going through change. Supporting 2 sites in West London, the role involves looking after; ER, supporting HR/TUPE projects. This is initially a 6-month contract with a high possibility of extending
Duties include;
• Managing complex ER cases ( complex and day to day)
• Making sure that all employee consultation processes are effectively carried out
• Assisting in compiling key reports/ HR admin
• Supporting HR projects including TUPE
• Employee engagement /
Previous experience
• Previous experience in an HR/ ER role ideally gained in an unionised environment - desirable
• Experience of supporting organisational change and restructuring programmes including TUPE, redundancy and contractual variations – desirable
• Someone with a strong and organised personality coupled with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Proven admin skills / use of all MS applications
• Ability to working in a very busy/ ever-changing environment
• Proven relationship building experience
