Customer Service Assistant




£20,000 to £22,000pa


We are looking for Customer Support Assistants to join our client in London, working between various locations in the City.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent service to customers. This role is varied, fast-paced and an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading organisation.

Role Responsibilities:

• Covering reception desk as first point of enquiry and ensuring excellent customer
service at all times
• Responding to sales enquiries from our customers: face to face, telephone or email
• Working as a whole city team to achieve sales targets
• Resolving invoicing issues with customers
• Carrying out property viewings and tours for prospective client
• Liaising across internal teams
• Supporting with the on boarding of new team members, assisting with training needs


- Great customer service skills
- Strong communicator both written and verbal
- experience of liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- strong IT skills in Microsoft Office and CRM
- Happy to travel between London locations
