Each of our consultants works on a specialist niche area. More than this, each is responsible for delivering the best possible consultancy and service to candidates and clients. Because Amdas is a partnership of individuals and is owner managed, all of our consultants work closely with the directors. As a result, we feel empowered to make decisions which shape the business and its services.

Logical Approach

Amdas prides itself on its ability to establish and maintain long lasting relationships with its clients.  Some have retained our services for 15 years and are still going strong. Therefore, we conduct performance reviews based on the quality of the service and results produced for clients and candidates. There is more to success than call volume.
