Divisional Head has a 10 year track record of recruiting within HR and Training across all disciplines including HR Directors, Managers, Reward Specialists, Employee Relations, Advisors, Comps and Bens, Training Mangers and Health and Safety Trainers. Has provided Tupe and Change Management specialists to help facilitate business change projects along with various HR contract staff for recruitment cover and ad hoc projects. Commercial:
Lead recruiter for a FTSE 250 Airport Services Group providing permanent and temporary HR professionals and trainers, multiple locations across the South East and Home Counties. Regularly called upon to resource on a Sole Agency basis due to his in-depth knowledge of the industry. Key understanding would include the security aspects of the business.
Not for Profit:
2010 - Retained on a search basis to recruit a newly created HR Director role for a School Federation. Produced a short list of 6 candidates 5 of which were called for interview. Following a one off three person panel interview, a candidate was selected. Has subsequently worked with the successful applicant on the recruitment of their assistant and also provided an HR compliance contractor to ensure all regulations were in place and being adhered to.
