Overview:
Recruitment of Financial staff at all levels from processing clerks through to FD/CFO in a variety in commercial and not for profit organisations. Permanent, contract and temporary staff provided.
Assignments and Case Studies:
Commercial - 14 year relationship with an international Media Services Group, UK T/O £250m. Resourced in excess of 50 staff across all financial disciplines. Regularly consulted on job specifications and salary levels.
Commercial - 12 year association with FTSE 250 Airport Services Group. In addition to contingent recruitment exercises across all disciplines, have undertaken a number of ad hoc assignments providing Project Accountants and Systems professionals to facilitate business change. Relationship has been maintained with key stakeholders despite various mergers and take-overs.
Not for Profit – Resourced the Director of Finance and Operational Development for a growing School Academy set-up in 2009. We have subsequently recruited the supporting finance team which include: Financial Controller, Qualified Systems Accountant, Part and Qualified Management Accountants plus cost centre bookkeepers and transaction staff. Have provided temporary staff at various levels to facilitate the rapid expansion of the Federation.
Not for Profit – Worked closely with the Head of Finance to assist with the merger of two finance departments, supplied 5 temporary qualified accountants working concurrently. Recent permanent assignments successfully undertaken on a sole agency basis include: Business Planning Manager, Systems Accountant, Qualified Management Accountant and Financial Planning Analyst. Provision of Support Staff on an ongoing basis.
