Alex began his working life in the Mechanical and Engineering arena but after qualifying, the novelty of dirty overalls and dirty fingernails soon wore off. He moved into a Corporate Business Manager role with Peugeot. The customer service attributes he developed at Peugeot gave him the key skills to make his final career move into Recruitment. 13 years on Alex has vast experience recruiting for a broad spectrum of businesses, supplying staff in the Secretarial, Administration, Human Resources, IT Support, Head Office Retail and Customer Services disciplines. He is a fan of all things 80's, although his somewhat bizarre dress sense stems from a combination of eras. His lack of sporting knowledge is of jaw dropping proportions.

Mark has now been working in Financial Recruitment for over 20 years. He commenced his working life in the Scientific area. After 4 years he realised this wasn't for him and he spent some time travelling, interspersed with a variety of jobs including waiting at Pontin's. He disputes that his voice was not up to the role of Blue Coat, others certainly do not. An eye opening temporary role in Borough High Street Job Centre may or may not have led him down his chosen career path. Mark cut his recruitment teeth in the temporary and interim markets placing temporary staff and interims in a variety of Not-for-Profit, SME's and Blue Chip companies. He prides himself with his consistent delivery, recognising candidates and clients have long memories and if the service is there they will always come back. He has been recruiting for some key clients for over 14 years. Sports mad and if not watching or involved, spends the rest of his time convincing Alex to take psychiatric advice on his lack of interest in it!

Following University, Dan moved into hospitality and Restaurant Management. Having utilised Recruitment Agencies as an employer he decided to move over the fence and try things from the other side. He spent 4 years recruiting hospitality staff to the industry and as much fun as this was there are only so many incidents and scenarios you can handle as a catering recruiter. Utilising his Business Qualification and professional skills honed in the toughest of Recruitment industries he moved into the Financial arena. 16 years on, he has recruited temp and perm financial staff at all levels. Recent emphasis has been at the senior end of the market and Project Management, having signed up to the Prince 2 Academy. His early career has ensured Dan is a first class cook which can't be said of his Golf! Rugby is his number 1 sport, spectator only now and he also spent a painful few years as a Charlton season ticket holder before moving away, seemingly the only escape!

Chris grew up in North Cornwall where he spent his youth submerged in the icy waters of the surrounding beaches pursuing his love of Surfing. After graduating from the University of Wales (Chosen solely on the merits of the course and not that of the picturesque Gower coastline) he worked in some of the UK's most prestigious restaurants to fund various surfing trips throughout the southern hemisphere. Sensing the reality that his lack of talent would hinder any chances of making surfing a realistic career choice, Chris relocated to London in 2002 and his career in Recruitment began. Utilising his knowledge of the hospitality industry he developed his skills and reputation recruiting for a broad range of businesses including; Hotels, Business Centre's, Top Restaurants and high profile London Tourist attractions. After a number of highly prosperous years working within the hospitality sector Chris shifted his focus to the Professional Services sector where he has enjoyed considerable success and built a comprehensive network of senior level clients and contacts within global accountancy practices, private equity firms, boutique consultancies and corporate finance companies. As the most recent addition to the Amdas family, Chris will be utilising his in-depth knowledge and long established relationships, to ensure the provision of a full life cycle Recruitment service to our clients and business partners within the Professional Services sector.
