Our client is looking for a Qualified Accountant for a 3 month period to assist the Group Financial Controller with a re-financing project for one of its subsidiary operations. Ideally ACA qualified from a top tier Accountancy firm, you will need to have demonstrable experience of work within one of: Due Diligence, Transaction Services, Corporate Recovery, M&A or Disposals. You must be adaptable with excellent communication skills as tasks very from straight forward data control through to board level liaison representing the Project Team. First class systems skills particularly Excel, are an absolute pre-requisite. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Accountant to secure their first commercial move and within a Corporate Finance scenario.
