
Amdas has created a business model which is designed to give our clients a wider choice of recruitment and HR services. We are not attempting to be a "One stop shop" but intend to offer recommendations or provide support through recruitment exercises that fall outside our usual remit.
This could take the form of a straight recommendation of a recruitment organisation or "Associated Service",specialising in a discipline outside our niche. Alternatively we could take control of an assignment and act as an intermediary liaising directly with a partnered recruiter as Account Manager, controlling the application process and vetting CV's and applications. The advantages to the client include a consistent point of contact for all recruitment needs, rates negotiated on your behalf and to terms of your specification plus the need to brief only one point of contact on your business and structure. The advantage to Amdas is that we get reciprocal business referrals from our business partners. We would also be happy to take on larger recruitment scenarios following discussion and assessment of viability.
Over a number of years we have developed partnerships within the following business areas. We will continue to expand on our network of Associates and welcome contact from businesses interested in discussing or joining our network.
Human Resource Services – Not a recruitment business, but consulting and out sourced HR services. The people recommended have been clients and candidates of the Amdas Partners for many years. These include an ex HR Director of a FTSE 250 business who is experienced in departmental restructuring and process over haul of major businesses and an experienced blue chip Senior HR Manager with an engineering and blue collar slant for the last 12 years. Health & Safety review is a specialty.
Energy Recruitment, Analysts and Processing – Director of the business has been known to one of the Amdas principal partners for over 20 years. The company operate as a preferred supplier to a FTSE 100 Energy Company within the downstream market and have resourced over 100 permanent staff and some 500 contractors within a 10 period. Categories include Pricing Analyst, Application Support Analysts, Business Analysts, Energy Reconciliation Analyst, Billing Analysts, Industry Procurement Specialists, Data Analysts and Accounts Analysts.
Energy Recruitment – High End – Director is another ex- colleague. Specialising in the investment and trading side of Energy. Undertakes niche assignments within the industry crossing into Engineering. Headhunting and contingency within their remit. Operates internationally.
Financial Search Business -Predominantly undertakes search assignments for Blue Chip organisations throughout the EU. Amdas have worked on a number of JV projects with them over a 10 year period.
IT Recruiter– A dynamic recruitment business servicing a broad client base within the UK and Europe. We have been in a business referral scenario with them since 2007
Scientific Recruiter–Director is an ex-colleague we have known for many years and provides exceptional service. Preferred Supplier to a number of Top 250 businesses
Financial Executive Recruiter and Head Hunter– Specialises CFO, COO primarily in the media sector. Business referrals over a 5 year period and ongoing
